I did strict low carb and OMAD for the months of March to May, and it was very effective for losing weight. Only did brisk walking and some cardio exercises. Yun lang, nabusy with a lot of things at nawala sa ayos pati meals ko kaya balik ulit sa chubby era. Self-discipline and consistency talaga are the keys, kahit ano pang diet at weight loss methods gagawin mo.
