we had a similar accident when my sister kids one was 8 and the other 6 playing with an old fridge outside I guess u know what happened next the younger one got trapped inside till he died... we were given the option to later open a case for juvenile but the mother was caught with thought of loosing both of her kids. until this happens to you, u will know what yhe mother is going through and the reason ms of not opening the case. still this day I blame myself cause I was on watch to a point that I wanted to take the fall and open a case of murder me being the perpetrator. my sister said in her words I lost to many to loose my daughter and brother. I won't blame either they decisions if the mother is not forced to accept the reality then U support her if she's, then Justice should must play. till this days I see him.
