Even liposomal NAD has super limited bioavailability if taken orally. You’re better off taking an NMN supplement as a precursor to NAD, so your body can produce its own NAD. Or you can inject NAD, but that’s expansive and inconvenient.

I’ve not tried selerb but I’m on the snap and it take around 3 weeks for it to start work. But it does work very well for this 48 year old man.
