I'm guessing they were looking for someone else on a bike and they thought he matched the description, but when they stopped they realized it wasn't him and kept moving. Just a guess btw.

I came from another tiktok and I was told the police in the car were searching for a man with a bike and tough that this Guy was the one and the police outside just got the info and he was not him
