I don’t know where this is, but at least in New York. If the police officer can’t come up with a valid reason for the traffic stop, then she has no reason to give him anything because that makes her believe that she’s being stopped illegally.

I don’t understand why he can’t jus tell her why he’s pulling her over? And then the straight escalation saying he’ll PULL her out the car and put her in cuffs all Ts was js so unnecessary
