I'm allowed 1 hour unlock a day. I use it in the morning and clean both myself and the cage. every day. still can get gross sometimes but it does help.

It also depends on the person and cage. Some people genuinely don’t produce as much mess there, some people have cages they can clean in. Chastity play is very individually unique
