I literally just woke up two days ago with the worst shoulder pain and stiffness. No injury. I didn’t sleep weird. It just hurts. I’m 45 and already on a low dose of estrogen 🥺

I’m already on HRT and still developed a frozen shoulder. I’ve had a steroid injection which hasn’t worked. I’ve now started putting my oestrogel directly onto my shoulder and you know I think it’s actually helping

I'm on month 10. I had two cortisone injections didn't help. I don't get the stabbing pain as often that would stop me in my tracks so maybe it's a little better. At night I don't sleep on it which helps. But there are times randomly it will hurt more then others. I'm 44, with hypothyroidism and had high insulin resistance. Hoping this doesn't last another year. I've leaned to live with it for now.

Physical therapy and a steroid 💉helped me. I also took gabapentin and cymbalta which I was told wouldn’t help but it did. at first I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve (a neurologist who diagnosed everyone with the same exact thing). The ortho dx me w AC. I still have pain but it’s healing ❤️🩹

I've had FS since june 2025, already being on HRT. The pain was excruciating. Now I'm in the thawing phase. In november my doctor increased the estrogen dose. I've been feeling better and better. Still hurts whe I raise my hand suddenly, but the pain is acceptable

I started with this out of the blue in October, got progressively worse, making me miserable. Had physio but now booked in for steroid injection. Aged 53, feel like things are starting to unravel 😳 x

I’m in the UK. I went to a private GP and had hydrodilatation. Which is cortisone and saline. The saline actually cracked the adhesions. Two weeks on and 90% pain free and stiffness is slowly easing

I have it in both shoulders. Just started with hormones 3 weeks ago men I hope it will be less painful soon 🥺

I’m 27 but I really think I have it. Just woke up with the severe pain two days ago and can barely drive now. I drive 15 minutes home and got out winded from just the strain 🫠
