Write pangrams. In that way, you can work every letter in your alphabet 👍🏼

It’s already better than most men’s handwriting with their dominant hand

I do this when I'm journaling and having negative thoughts it slows me down and allows me to ground

Start using your left to do daily tasks as well. When I cook I frequently swap hands with utensils, even if it feels a little odd. Builds dexterity.

I started by brushing my teeth with my left hand, it used to be so mentally exhausting but now I can do so many things left-handed

Try using scissors left-handed. If you don’t already have hand strength that will build it.

My mom did this when I was in 2nd grade, in my country they have activity books for kids where you can write pages of lines, circles and then letters, she did mine with her left hand 😂 she’s got pretty handwriting on both hands now

In highschool I told my art teacher I was left handed (lie) and ended up breaking my left collar bone and left shoulder blade that semester and had to switch back to right hand, but in order to maintain the narrative I intentionally made the shittiest art pieces and to this day it was one of my greatest deceptions to mankind
