Hadn’t met someone at 40 so decided to become a single mom by choice thinking it was the lesser path and worrying about being judged. Um, it’s 15 years later, I LOVE my son to pieces, I never even went back to dating because honestly why. There was zero ROI. Now I think my path is secretly elite. My home is harmonious. I’m raising a son who has been doing all our laundry since age 10 cause it’s his favorite chore. He’s kind, empathetic and we have a blast together. I have a strong village with ‘uncles’ who teach him guitar and talk sports because I glaze over. I think THIS is the good place! 😂😂

thats the whole problem right there is women have been told if they marry and have children is a sacrifice and that they sacrifice thier values when they do that. which makes no sense at all. starting a family isnt a sacrifice itd something that you should want to do.. it should feel completely natural to want to nurture and care for those who you love i just dont see any sacrifice in that at all

I would agree. Marriage hasn’t had the best view as of late. Both sides divorce each other or people don’t know how to stay loyal and it’s sad what it’s come to you know?
