0-3 means up to 3 months! Some brands run bigger or smaller though, the sizes aren’t super accurate for ages but it’s supposed to mean up to 3 months. My chunky baby worse 6-9 month stuff at 3 months lol

With our baby girl clothes labeled 3, 6, 9 & 12 months we used 0-3, 3-6, 6-9 & 9-12 otherwise they ended up being a little too small

I think we're due FTM around the same time! I've just started doing my research for baby clothes - newborn v 0-3 is a lil different from what I see, so buying a few newborn bits and focusing on 0-3!

They grow so fast but I do recommend stocking up on newborn clothes . My problem when I had my first daughter was i never had enough newborn clothes . Especially since I would change her multiple times a day. Goodluck on your new baby🥹🩷🩷
