Spitting is assault period! The CO has the right to defend herself after that. Inmates have to listen to the directions of the CO’s whether they agree or not. If they dont agree they can put in a grievance for the sergeant/deputy and or Warden to review and investigate.

@BIGCORE_i Have been incarcerated. I feel everything that she just did. She’s not wrong now clock it. She should’ve never said that it was rude and combative with her back-and-forth. The cop was dead wrong but then clock it after the inmate whoop the guard ass when the other black officer came She was safe on me because of the black officer was another white officer. I promise you they would’ve did her in the worst way and that’s a fact thank god the black officer came
