you should make one explaining tnf’s “weak point split” in depth, I did my own variation of that for years and it honestly got me the best physique i’ve ever gotten. It’s a super underrated way to train tbh

been doing this split for the past month and gotta say it's very nice, I'm lucky that I have the time to go 6x a week. I always felt fatigued at the end of my workouts when doing U/L and this fixes the problem so easily
