I already have long hair but it is kinda damaged. would you suggest I cut it and start over or cut is but not really short and start maintaining from there. I wanna start a nice healthy journey.

Alright tell me what I’m missing please. I wash my hair weekly, spray it with water every other day, I have a leave in conditioner that I apply after wash day always, I do prepoo to prevent my hair from ripping during wash, I deep condition every 2 weeks, I mostly do big twists cause I don’t go anywhere so my hair is barely styled. What am I misssinggg? 🥲
