@mimielashiry: You Asked, Here it is! 🪄 How do I create my classes and workshops? 🤨 It starts with carving out time in my schedule to “just be” either in transit, or at home ~ I put music on or search for music. ✈️ 🎵 🧠 💡 A lot of my ideas have come through while traveling, on the plane or in transit… listening to music with my eyes closed, nowhere else to be and nothing else to do. I let the music take me on a journey in my imagination is where all the processes for move & manifest workshop begin. ☝🏽 💃🏽 From there I carve out time to physically explore those ideas and visualizations with the music and then decide whether it is clear enough, accessible enough and safe enough to guide people into. 📝 Then it is places within my class or workshop in an order that makes sense for the journey. Is it a crescendo? 🤯 Is it high energy? 🔥 Is it a release? 🌬️ Is it meditative? 🧘🏽♀️ For Eg. Making sure we always “call in” & magnetize any future dreams or goals AFTER practicing some release AND gratitude so we are calling in from a place of abundance… not lack….And so on.
