yea bro, thats what I dont understand around here, I do roadie deliveries, a load will pop up for home depot for say 40.00 going 112miles one way so 224 round trip and they will be gone as fast as they come, makes no sense

I was looking at Truckstop while I was under a load and saw a really light load from Charlotte to Tampa for 1500. Moments later, TQL called and said they saw me looking at it, I couldn't and they bumped it 1700 in less than a minute.

I agree with you 💯. I’m done in July. If my truck doesn’t sell it’s going to auction. Been trucking since early 80’s. (1983)

That’s how I run! Not taking just anything. Running 2 loads Monday and Tuesday for $2.45 a mile each.

We don’t know what the best rate is brother! Not all of us have to quote our loads brother! I get my loads covered then add 10-15% to it! 💯 I don’t always know what it’s gonna move for! If that makes sense! 💯

Yeah, cause most of these carriers don’t have a clean background so most of those military loads be sitting. And the brokers know they need to pay at least $4 dollars a mile on those.

With AI now they can set it and let it go up every 15 minutes but I hate the dispatchers waiting until the afternoon when I have a good rate posted and they think I am going up
