@diaryofdudu: This will be my last post about cutting out sugar. 21 days in and Alhamdulillah, I can genuinely say I’m not fazed by #chocolate or sweets anymore. Research says it takes around 21 days to build or break a habit. And I feel like it’s true. The biggest lesson? Mind over matter. But even deeper than that, I linked it to taqwa (knowing Allah is watching). So many times over the past 21 days, I could’ve easily eaten something sweet when no one was around. No one would’ve known… but Allah would have. And that’s what kept me disciplined. It’s not about sugar… it’s about self-control, sincerity, and remembering Who you’re truly accountable to. Anyone with an abdication, remember that. What #dessert shall I have as my first if I stop the sugar diet? 🍰 #weekend #fyp
