Don’t let anyoneee in the comments tell you you can’t do it. It will hurt like HELL but it is so so rewarding. I was able to hop right up out of bed after i delivered like nothing happened ! The pain is temporary that’s what I always told myself !

a little tip my mama told me bc she didn't get the Epidural. she told me to hold screams in to push easier and faster. bc if you let the scream out that's wasting need air she said. I hope this helps a little ♡ can't wait for the beautiful boy!

The gaslighting in these comments are crazy. Peoples pain tolerances are different and just because people in the comments couldn’t “take” the pain and had to get the epidural doesn’t mean she will or has to.

Idk why some of us are saying get it when it’s her body her birth. And for the person who says it’s not a beautiful experience just stop. Ofc it’s not all rainbows and feels amazing but it so rewarding and beautiful! I’m also looking forward to doing an unmedicated birth as well. As for you ma’am I believe you can do it and I wish you and your baby a safe journey.

U most def been on tik tok too much. I was 18 when I gave birth. Most PAINFUL thing I’ve ever went through. You don’t know what or how your birth is going to happen. Ofc everyone’s body is different but 🤷🏿♀️gurl when u get there u might change your mind.

if you can avoid it, don’t get it. i got it and it made laboring harder because i wouldn’t dilate and i couldn’t feel my contractions and had to be told when to push, then it wore off in the middle of pushing and i ended up having to get an emergency c section anyways.
