I’m actually done! Two small freezers are full to the brim! Start my deliveries on Monday🙂 My friends and family always get my trays early and they really enjoy eating them way before Christmas.

I may have gone a LITTLE overboard this year for my cookie boxes—I made 16 different cookies 🥴 they’re all baked and frozen. I started right after Thanksgiving!

I was set up for Sprinkle cookies, chocolate crinkles, peppermint chocolate mini chocolate chip crinkles and Mexican wedding cakes/Russian tea cookies but my oven decided to stop holding the temperature. 😫😖 Got the Sprinkles done and that's it. Hopefully we get it fixed in the next couple of days so I can bake the dough I have in the fridge. Next weekend if the ovens are working well few thumbprint, ricotta lemon and another Italian cookie.
