This is good info, planing on getting a cat soon and this has been a big concern for me. I was already planing on using wet food and try to keep cat hydrated by added more water to wet food, use of fountains and the use broths in normal bowls.

Exactly! Ever since my cats eat wet food their poop doesn’t smell at all. I’ve had people visit and ask were I keep their litter box because they can’t smell it 🤑 (I do clean it daily)
