the sauce is Nước mắm. its fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, thai chili pepper, and it looks like they added Đồ chua which is pickled carrot and daikon radish 🥰🫶🏼

the sauce is: Fish sauce, water, sugar, thai chilis, fresh minced garlic. Adjust ratio of ingredients to ur preference. water helps to dilute from being too salty. and i think they’ve added fresh sliced papaya for crunch 😋
