I get your point but most of the new parents now were raised by their grandparents and other family members so we know what a village is and we dont get to have that anymore so it’s just unfair

I already knew going into having a child we had no "village." I have lost my entire family and we live out of state from my husband's. What annoys me is his parents are always like "OH I am your favorite person" blah blah but my daughter has no idea who they are 😂 Like, they were so upset she wouldn't let them hold her. Not my problem if you want to come around more then please do so.
