I started making sourdough at the beginning of this year. I always had issues with my oven spring and over proofing the dough. I finally after months, took my starter out of the fridge and decided to try a different recipe. I tried your original recipe, and since I tried it my loaves have had so much oven spring, and the loaf itself is the best it’s ever been!! I can’t wait to try inclusion loaves with the recipe!

When I tried to make a croissant loaf it did not turn out at all which was very sad.

Omg! Smells like HEAVEN! Cooling for 60 minutes and CAN’T WAIT! Came out fantastic and HUGE at 450* for 55 minutes with lid on entire time. Drooling, and can’t wait to taste!
