this happened yesterday evening in kitende kitovu cell at around 8:40pm.this guy putting on a t shirt who claimed to be an army man beat up the other man putting on shorts so badly.yet the one in the t shirt who owns the mark X white in colour was in wrong.he claimed that his car was scratched by the one who was driving Noah. so the one driving Noah who is putting on shorts trousers was driving from Hill view estate and was joining the kitende kitovu road.the one who was driving the Noah was driving from kitende kitovu to join hill view estate road where the Noah was coming from.so the one in Noah was about to join the road and this one in mark X had also reached and also about to branch off.so the one of Marx decided to come ruthlessly and blocked the other from joining the main road but in common sense,mark X had to stop and let Noah join the road and he also then branch off.the one of Noah tried to by pass the blockage the other had caused so in the process, the Noah slightly scratched the bumper of mark x.but if you look closely on the mark X,you can't see the scratches,it was a minor scratch.The one of Noah parked on the other side of the hardware so that they can sort it out,this one of mark X made a u turn on a high speed and parked in front of the Noah which had already parked.he pulled up the Noah driver and hold up his legs up and started boxing him in the back while the Noah guy was moving on hands and head facing down.his boxed him for over 5minutes.i wasnt able to record the first scene bcz I was shocked but I managed to record the other sceans,after he went to his Mark X and brought up a beating stick and started beating him several times untill the other also decided to get awire from his car and also defended him self.the Noah guy was polite but the mark X guy and his girl friend were very arrogant.the man was beaten so badly and started bleeding from the nose and the mouth.the mark X guy the took off and used another road that passes through mazzi cell to the estate bcz they both live in hill view estate.they are neighbors in actual sense.. a police case was filled up at makandwa Police station .
