I’ve been watching alot of these videos and what I realized is that these kids more than the money and snacks, they are happy to be seen and acknowledged for their efforts. These is a huge insight for the educational system that attempts to make kids feel inferior when they don’t perform according to the standards set by the state. These videos are more than what we can see. Kids desire to be seen and this man is doing an unbelievable job making kids feel seen.
