I honestly don’t understand why so many women are obsessed with looking younger. 😂 You never see men freaking out over red light therapy, anti aging serums, and 47 different products trying to erase every wrinkle. 🤣 you’ve had your prime, you’ve lived your life, and you’re aging.. No matter what you eat, put on your face, or spend your money on, you’re STILL going to get older. Move along! 😂

I am way too scared to even try this. Give it a year or two and we will hear how bad it is for you. It reminds me of the supposedly safe tanning beds. Apparently they were not safe.

I got red light therapy at the dermatologist and the results are amazing AND it’s covered by insurance. So I bought this exact mask, and I use it every night. Ive played around with the different modes and the NIR, but for the past week, I’ve used it on mode 4 or 1 with NIR - trying to see which one is most noticeable. Meanwhile, I sleep like a baby.

I started wearing it for wrinkles but dude….red light increases melatonin naturally and my perimenopause wakes me up at 2am….this makes me sleep like you do when you have a fever. OUT!!! 😴

me personally I definitely would have to wear I wear such as goggles that you use for tanning. only because it's not good to have any light like that at any time for a length of time. I'm blind out of my left eye and I want to keep my good eye good so for me I definitely would wear goggles or pasties

How do I know this is legit red light that actually works? Red light therapy tends to be expensive when buying a mask or other light.

Medical grade red light is the best!!!! I’ve done 7 sessions on my body and 4 on my face the change in my skin and body is amazing. The trick is after the full body red light is to get on a shake board machine!!
