@ultimateivyleagueguide: Here’s what this means for you ⬇️ 145,000+ applications to UCLA. 130,000+ to UCSD. 100,000+ to schools that used to feel “reachable.” When application numbers explode like this, colleges don’t magically read more carefully. They filter faster. They rely more on defensible signals. And they take fewer risks on applicants who look like everyone else. If you’re currently in grades 7-11, here’s what you need to remember: You don’t need to be better than everyone. You need to be clearer, earlier, and more strategic. What makes you stand out in 2026 isn’t doing more clubs, writing a “beautiful” essay, or hoping holistic review saves you. It’s understanding how admissions is changing right now and positioning yourself before everyone else catches on. I put everything schools won’t say publicly (but are already acting on) into a guide breaking down how to adapt for the 2026 cycle and beyond — from testing strategy to essays to how colleges are filtering applicants behind the scenes DM me 2026 to my Instagram @ultimateivyleagueguide and I’ll send it to you 🏆 #UltimateIvyLeagueGuide #UILG #UltimateMentor
