@plumsandfrocks: Assembling our Christmas trifle for our Christmas menu series. So I decided to combine the jelly and whipped cream recipes with this video. They were too short to post on their own. Assembling the trifle is the most interesting part, so have fun with it😉 Recipe for jelly: 1 strawberry jelly packet Berries of your choice Make the jelly according to the instructions on the packet then add your cut berries and chill in the fridge. Once the jelly has set, start assembling your trifle. Recipe for whipped cream: 1 cup very cold heavy cream/thickened cream 2 tbs powdered/icing sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Beat everything in a mixer until stiff peaks form.
