I feel like Bill has always wanted the control but not the responsibility in any situation. and sometimes, when a situation needs a mode run of control added to it, he seems in the right. but I don't think it's ever come from the right place. Makes me wonder if Debbie was as volitile before Bill. because personal experience tells me that someone doing this bs to you does leave you more emotionally charged, even in their absence
