I don’t have this one but I switched to cervical pillow in ca. 2016 after a bunch of neck issues and chiropractic recommendation. It is indeed life-changing

So one pillow is for a max of 5’7” and the other pillow is for 5’7” and up. I’m literally 5’7”…not sure what to do here…

Agreed an confirm I have severe migraines. I take daily meds for my migraines so I cannot say if it makes them better, but it does make my neck feel better at night and in the AM.
