Usually anything with powder coating makes it difficult to install🤝 shaving that off or hammering it in will help on a lot of projects.

I wish you the best of luck and I know you won’t give up. I did snow removal for 35 years but without a snow plow or multiple snow blowers I just don’t see how you are going to hit 157 properties in a reasonable amount of time. I hope I am wrong. Maybe they are small.
