Chin acne is hormonal. I had this for ever. Go to a dermatologist and get prescribed Spironolactone. I’ve been acne freeever since.

Acne on your chin is usually hormonal, or could be stress related. the best you can do is drink atleast 2L of water , change your pillowcase everyday, and a good facewash (salicylic acid possibly)

Ok it might be hormonal BUT it can also be because of brushing your teeth! Try to wash your face after brushing your teeth and see if that helps! Acne around the mouth is often one of those 2! ❤️

Anyone with hormonal imbalance get on inositol, up fibre and protein, have sugar in moderation and when eating meals, eat sugary things or higher fat things last on the plate. Small adjustments work wonders.

wash your chin with anti dandruff shampoo. ppl will say it's only for certain types of acne. ignore them and do it 3 X a week. trust me. it'll clear up in no time. then do it once a week.

It is hormonal. Go get yourself some spearmint tea. Spear mint not pepper mint. It lowers your androgens (hormones that give u acne, facial hair, etc) and do some research on an anti inflammatory diet!!!

hormonal acne if you take the pill ask for a combined pill. I went on dianette and haven't had a proper spot since 2021. The Jasmin pill is exactly the same but with lower health risks

It’s either hormonal (which can only be fixed with medication) OR you’re resting your chin in your hand a lot (or something else is touching the sides of your chin a lot). If that’s the case: stop doing that, and fix your skin barrier because it’s probably broken (meaning: your skin is too dry) if your skin is that sensitive to the bacteria on your hand/hoodie/etc.

For me it was because I was doing my skincare early then brushing my teeth hours later. Now brushing first then washing my face helped so much with chin flare ups

I have had it. Turned out I have PCOS. It’s most likely hormonal. Got rid of it with roaccutane.

Drink enough water, sleep and a simple routine. It has been my lifesaver for the past year. I use a gentle face wash, then salicylic acid, natural moisturizer and benzoyl peroxide as spot treatment. Simple as that.
