You can already sue cops if they acted grossly outside of policy, or not in good faith, even with qualified immunity. So, if they do wrong, you can sue. So what’s your goal? Getting rid of qualified immunity will only cause cops to quit, and no one will want the job. So when you call 911, you’re on your own.
