Do you know what would significantly reduce the glare? cleaning the windscreen. properly cleaning it. There's also no information on these glasses to confirm that the tint is compliant - where can we access that for reassurance that these glasses wont get us points, a fine, declined insurance claims etc?

According to Google: "Yellow-tinted night driving glasses generally do not work to improve vision and may actually reduce safety by limiting the light reaching your eyes. While they may reduce the perception of glare from headlights, studies show they fail to improve hazard detection, such as spotting pedestrians, and can make visibility worse in dark." This is also my personal experience with them. Best avoided.
