I'm Tracy as well. I worked from home as a Triage Nurse Specialist for 3 years at a Level 1 Trauma Center. We were severely understaffed and highly stressful-and a HORRIBLE manager. I am now at the hospital's outpatient Adult Cancer center. I previously worked in the pediatric oncology infusion center for 10 years. I am most DEFINITELY going to go back to wfh in 2-3 years. I'm going to get my BSN and work towards some certifications and Epic proficiency.
