I got 4-5 treasure rooms in a row one day, neutral luck. First two rewards were bad, right after, I got an auto petter, and right after an auto grabber. I actually thought my game was bugged.

One of my favorite uses is staircases. If you have a mass production of jade and need stone, you can deconstruct the staircase and get stone.
