I use tretinoin 0.1% three to four times a week. I put a peanut size of tretinoin on my handpalm and three times peanut size of moisturizer that includes peptides and mix both together and apply it to my face. Much better than retinol or retinal. Strong though, but i started with retinol, than retinal and than the lowest form of tretinoin and now the strongest form of tretinoin. This is needed to built it up, slowly. I think it takes at least 1 year for visible improvement, but consistency is key.
