ill say, as someone big into fitness, and 5'4, weight loss is a very challenging and tough process. breaking eating habits for some can be more difficult than others understand. and some people have much physical harder time losing weight than others. nobody should be judged for something they can't change like height, and people shouldn't be expected to lose 60 pounds in 3 months. here's proof of my claim of being physically active
