It is good.If you going for any bloodtest stop for atleast a week before you go for blood test.It has alot of biotin and that can alter your blood work.🥰

Soooo I got these but may be Biotin sensitive. But I’m gonna try TRY to drink more water. My face can’t take the breakouts. This is a cheaper alternative to Mary Ruth’s for sure
