Hey I have a question, so ive been playing for about 3 years and ive pretty much never tongued my notes i just closed my throat and opened it if that makes sense, but im noticing a big difference from my articulation and my classmates so i decided to learn how but when i do it, it just sounds all fuzzy sort of like im spitting, do you have any tips? Im doing it with my tongue like where my top teeth meets the roof of my mouth like everyone has been telling me but it just isnt working. Thank you!

I played a real bass flute one time and lemme tell u that flute is heavyyyy I couldn’t even hold it correctly cause it was slipping out my hands and the lip plate is sooo much bigger 😭
