I used to make a cup of Dandelion tea with a pinch of Anise seeds and chew them up while I drank the tea… The psychic experiences were insane! I did not have proper protection at that time though, so it wasn’t all good. lol

GODdis these are very powerful!!! I’ve put some by my window sills and front door when I lived in NY. People sleep on the protection just sitting in your cabinets. Also yes, burn it on charcoal and have the smoke go around your windows and front door. 🤲🏽
