The CERB thing is horrific. Trying to get it back from Canadians who had no choice to take it. They cancelled all the fraudulent claims they gave to foreigner ect.. yet we get a 20k + bill. Forced upon us then backpedaling. Its insane.

If rhe chatbot provides inaccurate information that benefits the taxpayer, the taxpayer should get those benefits. If the chatbot gives incorrect information that penalizes a taxpayer or wastes significant time or money for the taxpayer to resolve, then the taxpayer should receive remuneration for their wasted time and money. CRA needs accountability and they cure try have none.

Here’s a simplified tax code if you make under $50,000 a year you pay zero tax if you make under $100,000 a year you pay 5% tax if you make 100 to 500,000 a year you pay a 10% tax if you make 500,000 or more a year you pay 20% tax

I spoke to service Canada about my upcoming OAS payments. At one point, they told me I had to speak to the CRA. So I followed their instructions and called CRA. CRA told me I had to speak to Service Canada. 🙄 this is what our taxes get. Ridiculous
