someone said all my posts make it seem like it’s summer…so wait til you see where i’m going hehe (for the orange chia pudding) you'll need: - 1 heaped tosp greek yogurt - 50ml any milk (i use whole) - zest of 1/2 an orange - juice of 1/4 of an orange (or just a generous squeeze!) - 1tbsp honey - 1tbsp chia seeds (for the orange & poppyseed oats): - 1 banana - 1 egg - zest of 1/2 an orange - 1tbsp honey / maple syrup - 1/2 cup oats - 1tbsp poppyseeds - 1tbsp olive oil (for frying) (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - fresh orange, peeled and sliced into rounds - a handful of blackberries - 1tbsp of crunchy peanut butter - extra honey (optional) method: 1. begin by mixing the yogurt, milk, orange zest, orange juice, honey and chia seeds in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. 2. pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes whilst you get on with the rest. 3. meanwhile, mash the banana in a shallow bowl using a fork. 4. add in the egg, orange zest, honey (or maple syrup), oats and poppyseeds and mix until thoroughly combined. 5. heat the olive oil on a medium heat in a small frying pan. 6. pour in the oat mixture and begin to scramble it as if you were scrambling eggs. 7. break up the oats into clusters and cook until they are golden brown. remove from the heat. 8. place your yogurt of choice in a bowl and make a little shallow well in the centre. 9. once the chia pudding has set nicely, carefully spoon it right into the centre of your yogurt bowl. 10. carefully spoon as much of the scrambled oat mixture as you would like into one corner of the bowl (you can use the rest tomorrow if you like, or have it all!). 11. place the sliced oranges around the rim of the bowl in a neat overlapping sequence. 12. place the blackberries beside the orange in the next available corner! 13. finish with a generous dollop of peanut butter. 14. and if you prefer it a little sweeter, drizzle with some honey… enjoy xxx🍊 #EasyRecipes #yogurtbowl #yogurt #breakfast #breakfastideas
