@fooddolls: These Candied Cranberries have been everywhere, so we had to try them!💫 Has anyone else made these yet? We were SO surprised by how crunchy they are! Recipe inspo from @ERICA & MORGAN grandma Lillian 💕 Recipe 2 cups fresh cranberries 1 cup orange juice 1 cup sparkling water or Sprite 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating) Rinse the cranberries and place them in a bowl. Pour the orange juice and sparkling water over them. Make sure they’re fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for *at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove the cranberries from the liquid and let them drain well—pat gently with a paper towel so they’re damp but not dripping. Toss the cranberries in powdered sugar until fully coated. When you think you’ve added enough, add a little more, the should be completely coated in powdered sugar. Spread the cranberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 200°F for 4-5 minutes just to dry the surface slightly. Do *not* fully cook them—this step helps the sugar stick. Transfer to a clean tray and refrigerate until ready to serve. #cranberries #candiedcranberries #EasyRecipes #holidays
