More like a Friday night. While everyone’s out partying, it’s just me and an almost empty gym. A lot of times it feels and is lonely which is normal, but that’s where you learn it’s peak discipline because you are building yourself for the better, and it is also a time where you feel at peace because it’s nothing but you and the workouts.
