The constant price hikes are insane. Every couple months it’s gone up higher and higher. A new customer can get internet for $45 but I’m now at $119???? For the Same internet I’ve had the last 3 years!!

They kept charging me after I called them to cancel TWICE. I called my bank to block them and they sent me to collections 🤣🤣 I had to call them and threatened to file a suit and they removed the collection charges

I had a lower speed Internet that was literally going out almost weekly. I called to cancel and to keep me they gave me a deal on a higher speed and miraculously it hasn’t gone down since.

I had spectrum and cut it off last year because it went out all the time. I had a Spectrum sales guy come to my house begging us to come back and offered me 40% off. I told him he couldn’t PAY ME to take Spectrum back!
