I’m late but it’s wtv is from hair build up in the razor head, clean it out and wash it and it’ll work perfectly fine again

Maybe contact Manscaped? They might have some insight into that I’ve seen it happen a lot to some other people. If they can’t fix it they might just send you a replacement. Idk🤷🏻
