Don’t dump anything, unless you intend on ending it fully and are setting boundaries.. otherwise I’ve learnt you’ve gotta ignore them. It’s sooo crazy to think that works, but by saying ya noticed what they did give it power and they will do it again. If they know it doesn’t even work, why would they do it again? They might test it again, but eventually give it up… YOU JUST CANT LET THE KNOW!!

1 month here...but honestly...tired of walking on eggshells 🙄... So I have to wait for an immature unavailable 40 yr old man...while he's texting other women having fun...hoping that we will come back 2 me...not knowing if it will be months or yrs??!! HA! INSANE!
