Gauteng has worse places. The DA run Western Cape is better than Gauteng in every metric. I live in North West, work in Gauteng and travel for work regularly to the Western Cape and I tell you the DA has done a good job, not perfect but good. They’re always judged on things other parties have never achieved.

A few streets away from me the city comes ro clean a man made dumping site, the next day the people will dump there rubbish there again. the rubbish bin collection happens weekly yet people still dump,can't blame the city and yes it's where the RDP houses is, they dump infront of their own houses and cry foul

Leading a ward means nothing if you're not in control of the municipality. DA is already chasing home owners in the western cape through high rates and tax. We are still paying high rates on water as if we are drought. If you renovate your house you're in trouble of higher rates as if they did that renovation
