@jenpat_official: This is hands down my favorite way to cook native rice. Toasting the rice first, then cooking it with stock, keeps the grains separate, not soggy like banga rice. Basmati rice is not compulsory, any rice of your choice works. Same with proteins, you can even use snails,goat meat, eggs etc Sha cook according to your pocket 😁 I served with fried plantain, and every bite made sense.
