I feel like it should always be mandatory that they get their blood drawn after an accident bc many times the person is shaken and they would fail the test no matter what bc of the stress. Why not be 100% sure.

The boyfriend said "please be mindful of the news she got this morning" and I really wanna know what that was. Also from the way he spoke to the cops I feel like he was aware she was under the influence of something cause he didnt question when the cop said dui.

I feel so bad for the little girl. I know that face because I've been that face. that's the face of a girl who told her mom we shouldn't go or you shouldn't drive but her mom did anyway. I hope this lady gets the help she needs and the little girl can live in a more stable environment.

Idk I feel like conducting a field sobriety test after somebody has crashed is setting them up for failure. I don’t think you should be allowed to refuse to get checked out, I think it should be mandatory because she POTENTIALLY could have something seriously wrong with her medically that we can’t physically see. They say once you’re in a crash the BEST thing to do is to remain seated until an ambulance gets there to check you out because you could have internal bleeding and everything and not know it.
